Digital Collections

Digital Collections

The digital collections consist of unique digital materials that support the Filson’s mission through collecting, preserving, making available, and interpreting materials related to the history of the Ohio Valley Region. Materials are digitized from the Filson’s special collections, photographs, library materials, art, and artifacts. These digital collections constitute only a small percentage of the more than 2.1 million manuscript pages and over 100,000 photographs in the collection.
