Pratt, Quartermaster with the 18th Mich. Inf. Regt., is stationed at both Camp Burnside and Camp Nelson in Ky. The letter press book, pp. 4-58 (May-June 1864), contains information on missed pay, mischarges, claim settlements, and requisitions. Orders contain personnel requisitions at Camp Nelson from 10 Nov. 1863-6 Jan. 1864.
