Two sets of architectural drawings depicting the design for the Church of the Epiphany, a Catholic church located at 914 Old Harrods Creek Road in Louisville, Kentucky. The church was designed in 1973 by architect Larry P. Melillo. The first set of drawings (10 sheets), revised October 1973, detail the unique octagonal site plan, elevations and details. A second set (22 sheets), revised in December 1973, detail the site plan, dimension plans, foundation plan, elevations, sections, details, and landscaping for the church.
