In her diary of the 1937 flood in Louisville, Ky. Baron mentions the weather situation for most days recorded in the two-week period -- the continual rain, one night of snow, etc. Baron also gives exact figures for the height of flood waters on the peak day of the flood as compared to the last flood record in 1884.
