The Filson is thrilled to welcome Kat Rivers, paleontology and geology expert, to an exciting walking tour of downtown Louisville. Meet us at Angel’s Envy for a kick-off cocktail and then venture onto the streets of the city as Kat brings a lively presentation about the geology that formed Louisville and our historic architecture. From rocks beneath to rocks above, this event is sure to be informative and exciting for all ages.   

Please note, participants should be prepared to walk for the entire hour-long tour. The group will remain on paved sidewalks. In the event of a weather-related cancellation, the Filson will notify registrants the morning of the program via email. This event is for ages 21 and over only.
