One September 1918 land survey of Woodruff Farm, located in Shelby County, Kentucky and four architectural drawings for the farm's caretakers cottage dated February 14, 1919. Woodruff Farm was owned by George E. Woodruff. The drawings detail both the front and side elevations as well as floor plans for the first and second floors. The survey is drawn by Stonestreet and Ford Surveyors and the drawings by Louisville architect Ossian P. Ward.
