This collection includes the architectural construction document set from the 1976 renovation of American Builders Supply Co. by Bickel-Gibson Associates Architects. The building is located at 1044 E. Chestnut St. Additionally, it contains a series of drawings from 1997 by Presnell Associates depicting the building in its then-current state. The building, previously known as the Eclipse Woolen Mill, was owned by American Builders Supply Co. in 1976. The mill was originally constructed in 1867-68 and was owned by Ebenezer Bustard and Sylvester Brownell. The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is one of Louisville's few surviving mill structures.
