Source: page 96. Will dated 1812-05-01. Examined and recorded on 1818-12-14. Signed by mark. Resident of Jefferson County, Kentucky. Notes that he had previously purchased his wife Fanny from John Thorn Clark of St. Mary’s County, Maryland, and wills that she be free immediately after his death and remain free. Wills one grey horse, four head of cattle, all his hogs, plantation utensils, and household furniture to Fanny during her life. Wills that if his son William takes care of his mother Fanny, then after her death, William should receive the same property. Appoints Fanny as executrix. Witnessed by John G. Moore, William Standiford, Levin Cooper Sr, and Samuel Cooper.
