Included in this collection of 321 drawings are landscape designs created for locations mostly throughout Kentucky and Indiana but also: Ohio, Maryland, North Carolina, Connecticut, and Florida. Bulk of drawings depict residential landscape plans, though several commercial, educational, and funerary landscape designs are exampled. See the project's index for a complete lists of projects. Speed's work spans from 1931 (beginning with her thesis project) until 1964. Speed was educated at the Lowthorpe School of Landscape Architecture in Groton, Massachusetts.
