Are you looking for things to do now that summer has come and gone? Look no further than The Filson Historical Society for programs to keep you entertained.
We have a busy month of programs coming up during the month of October. These programs cover a wide range of topics from Bourbon to ghost stories. More information for these programs can be found in the events portion of our website. With such a wide range of programs planned, there will be something for everyone to enjoy! We also still have our guided mansion tours led by docents from the Speed Art Museum going on every Wednesday from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm, these tours are free and there are no reservations required.
In addition to our regularly scheduled events, we have several upcoming Filson Bourbon Academies. These classes are led by Filson Bourbon Historian Mike Veach, author of Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey: An American Heritage. These classes run from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and take place throughout the country.
